The 2 Absolute Best Ways to Burn Fat from the Thighs and Stomach



This seems to be the biggest area to attract excess body fat on anyones body. Even if a world class athlete all of a sudden became a couch potato, these are probably the first places they would attract body fat.

It is so important that you learn how to (and implement!) the tactics I am about to show you to burn fat from these places, because if you can get even the smallest amount of weight loss in that area, it proves you can do more! Therefore you should be able to lose as much weight as you ever want.

Now I am currently studying finance at university and I am having a bit of trouble learning all of the fancy jargon that goes along with it, so I won't be using any completely useless words here either!

So straight into it, the only way to lose weight from these key areas is to cut back on the bad food you are eating and go as hard as you can in the exercise you choose to undertake. This does not mean you can't enjoy the food you love, just means that you should cut back on the sweet sugary crap that most people choose to indulge in.

Throw it out! If you live at home with your parents, make your own shelf in the fridge on cupboard and only eat the food you choose to put it there!Some examples of great food are:

  • Whole grain sandwiches or filled rolls with chicken, turkey, lettuce, pretty much any vegetables
  • Most fruits are excellent
  • Berries such as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
  • Milkshakes with eggs, and a bit of fruit thrown in (these are my favourite!)
  • Natural dairy products are the best but if you can't get them, most dairy is good enough
Back to the workout part of the article.My workouts mostly consist of boxing bag workouts, lifting weights, bodyweight exercises and running up the biggest staircase in town a few times. Now I am in the process of trying some new workouts and I will let everybody know as and when I try them, but I find that this workout is great for me because of one reason. The reason is that when I do it, I go as hard as I damn well can, sometimes to the point that I feel sick (this is not a reccommendation for legal reasons lol), but this is just an indication that you have to go hard or not at all.

Now I am not telling the 65 year olds they must do the 100m sprint in 12 seconds flat. Nor am I telling the 14 year olds to bench press their own weight. I am merely stating that at the end of your workout you should feel stuffed, puffed and be sweating profusely! You must also do your workout properly with the right form.

Too often I see people grab a big set of weights and do a sloppy performance that is probably more conducive to giving them permanent spinal injury than a sexy defined body!

So to sum up this article, have a riot in the kitchen and whip the people you live with into shape about their eating habits too, then load up your vehicle or run down to the gym and get stuck in for 2009.
